I'm not sure but I heard that Walking Boots give 7 int 7 crit at 20. I can test though (I have a 17 hunter with Walking Boots on a random server)

Also if your talking about BvB, it gives 9 agi 18.37 DPS at level 21

At level 15 or 20 these are the scalings:

Walking Boots: 7 int 7 crit 50 armor
WW gloves: 8 int 5 stam 70 armor
Goblin Mail Leggings: 10 str 7 stam 160 armor
Metalworking Gloves: 8 agi 5 stam 70 armor
Blackened Defias Belt: 8 agi 5 stam 63 armor
Blackened Defias Leggings: 9 agi 9 stam 98 armor
Silver Defias Belt: 3 str 3 stam 77 armor

Thats all I got on this random server hope it helps out
