As the title suggest i have an original pair of Bluegill Breeches 12 agility req level 18 and 23 ilvl.

Just add the scouting boots to your appearance tab and vendor them because thats how much they are worth. Like half of the Hillsbrad rares drop unscaled loot so they arent anything special.

Alright. Nah theyre worthless, the pants arent very useful (identical stats to dark leather which are dirt cheap and 1 agi more and 13 stam less than boarhide but GFd so you might catch some collector money on those.

So I'd not limit it to 20-29 because youre going for the transmog market not the 20-29 market.

They would only be worth gold to someone on this site who would buy them due to their rarity- as others have mentioned they are not useful. But someone will definitely buy them on the AH on a high pop realm. May be a slow sale- but I’m sure you can get more than 100K from them. From some completionist.
