No it will not, it will convert to crit 99% of the time, if the helm already had crit, the chance of the hit to convert to haste would be bigger, but I am almost 100% sure it will become 24ap 10sta 10crit.

Well I just havnt seen any hit got haste yet, without the item already having crit on itself from the beginning
