Managed to have it drop from val'sharah imps. I'm assuming its like all the other epic boes and is simply a world drop in legion zones.

Interesting. I was under the assumption this was just a broken shore drop. Kinda makes me mad they didn't make other types of weapons. Having only 1 kinda makes me prefer they didn't add that 1 weapon. Complicates things too much.

I think where this weapon will come in is for people that don't have legion and therefore dont have access to artifact/class hall weapons. 2nd best behind this for those players would be a 6/6 wod crafted.

Not sure, but 89s and 91s would wreck in wpvp, much like 101s

This is the ONLY reason a 98/99 would want that over the Artifact Weapon. 97 and below (if it can scale below with that one Raid/Party trick) it could get very interesting.
