Belt of the fang from WC is 5int/agi 8stam and crit + vers onto of it.
All it takes is 1 patch with stat changes, ilvl squish, lvl squish, and suddenly an item you never knew would be bis.. is

Oh, wasn't sure what it was worth, just saw it was ilv. 28, figured maybe it'd be worth something and I got it for only 9k, no biggie! thanks all, ill just destroy it I guess
