Nop, it IS not enchanted, i can still find someone with the enchant recipes or its impossible ?

Old version of glorious stats gives +3 stats at lvl 1, but now it doesn’t work at lvl 1. So old versions are BIS and also extremely hard to find

You mean hard to find because, it must be applyied on a vellum before they fixed it ? Or an enchanter with the "old" version can do it? i mean, it's fixed for everybody or only the new enchanter? i dunno if i'm clear

Its fixed on all enchants applied after 9.0
