I'm really not sure -but it looks like a great candidate for BiS MH, yes.

I don't know anyone with it that can test it at 60-69 and see how it scales - so I have to find out for myself.



Though I'll admit, it would suck spending so much gold and then it results in not being BiS :I

No, but in general in the level 60 bracket, iirc everything scales to item level 143 or something near that.

I have seen people selling it for 60-120k, I would never pay more then that for a blade that can still be farmed.. lel
