wait im looking at one now on AH (Baelgun) with a req level 20, +8 int. idk if scaling is off since im on a lvl 59 rog, but is this normal? from everyones responses here it doesnt seem normal - which is why im bumping

and that in general seems kinda weird, because the normal version (level 18) is +10 int, and besides the level 60 version with +22 i havent seen anything other than that
