Since account names aren't changeable, why would someone want to buy someone elses account? Couldn't the original owner just tell blizzard that someone hacked into their account, get the password changed to get their account back plus keep whatever money they made in the sale? Sounds too risky, you'd have to be 100% sure they would never want their account back, cause they could take it back at any time.
