I messaged his Battletag in-game and I came to find out, the person actually behind that ID, is completely unaware of anything about this deal. Nor does this person have the item I want. (The Skype given even matched up to this clueless person). Seems, someone is either messing with that particular individual or maybe even the both of us. I just wanted to give a warning, to anyone considering doing a deal with this user, please be cautious.
