this is my theory but i don’t know how to test it. cant open any open world boxes in tww zones with my 69 rogue everything has a level 74 requirement to open/unlock.

I bought gear 550+, it was written there that it was level 70. In the bags it turned out that it requires level 80. No additions. Didn't spend much gold=)

Did you just look at the first page in AH or did you go into Details? Because on the first page, most of the items are listed as 70, but when you look at each item, there are different lvl requirements.

At the auction. There were different things. Both lvl 71 and lvl 72. But what I bought was clearly written lvl 70. I associate the improvement of these things to lvl 80 with the fact that I do not have the latest addition.

dont think they are gonna be 545 forever, when one day blizzard trigger happy they all turned red on a lvl70, i have a few pieces in the bank, didnt equip, just waiting to see when they will become red lololol, got them for 10k+ on AH quite a while back
