On Horde side there's been a lot of them as low as 25g recently. Not sure what your budget is, but that seems very affordable.

Is this for a Pali or Shaman? Trying to figure out why ppl buy these so regularly for 35g, I don't see them as any good for anyone else, and it's iffy even for those two.
