Ally pops are almost instant. 3 out of 4 of the games I played on alliance last night were "good", competitive games. All 3 I played on horde were super competitive.

Only ran alliance games last night had fun, Told pugs i was going horde once i lost on ally side, I wind up staying Alliance rest of the night. I plan on playing Ally & Horde tonight.
