Would the '' of the fang '' set be the best gear with its full set bonus? What stat do you stack, versi or haste? What neck enchant, what weps? Hit me!

Full fang set is the most int possible for 19/29s AFAIk.
Neck enchant would be one of the legion ones - likely mark of the hidden satyr. The actual neck would likely be one of the heirlooms for either the pot (which has int) or the speed boost (which does not).
I think the best weapon set is going to be a 1H + OH for the int to offhand. Furbolg pouch is a ton of stam, but the heirloom offhand will give more int. I don't remember the wpvp caster 1hers at 19 other than the heirloom maces.
Not sure between haste and verse. Lowering the GCD is nice, but verse also comes with a defensive aspect which is nice in wpvp.
