US wPvP 10-19 enchant guide?

Hey guys,
I main on Tichondrius with <Rooted>, and I've been looking into wPvP with my 19s. We are currently working on getting into the 29 bracket as well on Bleeding Hollow.
Anyways, what I'm looking for is a cohesive 19/29/whatever enchant guide. I've found some decent gear guides, but I like the armory ones best... however, I haven't seen a strictly enchant guide. My main is an enchanter with tons of low level mats.
Any ideas? I am sure there is one here, but I must be missing it.

maybe somewhat outdated, but still good for wpvp/pve.

 

[Budget]

It will really depend on what class / spec you end up going with.

Just some examples are:
Mages - crit, haste, or vers.
Druids - haste / vers.
Warrior - Crit / vers

If you can tell me what class / spec you are wanting to play, i can help, and i'll be happy to. But like @Hey Xç mentioned, if you get that enchant you will pretty much 1 shot, it's stupid. For weapon enchants you're safe just going ele force, or you can get like bloody dancing steel (for agi). I would recommend just using like the main stat enchants for like gloves, wrist, legs if you don't have BoE. For boots you want the minor speed increase. Let me know what i missed if i did miss anything.

Or Crusader (before 60 lvl) / Landslide (or combo with EF) enchants.
Also Flintlocke's Woodchucker for MM/BB hunter specs.

Worth to mention that Distant Army is better for agility users. It scales with agi/ap. Distant army also seem to proc more frequently.
