They don't, they have been nerfed a long long time ago, you even got banned for wearing the enchant on your twink when it wasnt nerfed yet

I know that blizz would delete the item/ ban you that's why I dont have any on my twinks atm, just thought that they might still give stats because I've still got a couple unbound.
