I think you need to save it as a .gif,

It's already saved to .gif ;[. It works when it's in "My Pictures" but not on forums :\. Maybe Drayner has moving avatars disabled or something :\.



Edit: Not sure if this will work (as I'm having trouble with it) but after trying to find some answers, I heard that if you resize it to 90x90 (it's normally 100x100) it should work. I can't be completely sure because when I resize it with Paint it stops moving :[. If anyone could help, that would be great =D.
