WoW instant demo idea

Well, a game needs to interest players. And WoW does this enough. But why not try and get more? RuneScape had something called InstantDemo and it worked like that: You got into the game, clicked "Play instant demo" and you could play instantly - no login, no password, you have a char and let's go. The progress was saved based on their IP or HWID. They got their own server just for them so they won't interfere with the general game players and were limited in certain ways to encourage registering and paying.

Paying for WoW is a huge turn off for a huge chunk of players, and actually registering is a turn off too. The instant demo would only require you to download the smaller game (same Trial WoW requires, you might have not known that but when you register for Trial WoW you only download a few GB of the game). and let you log in with "try out WoW" button somewhere in the login screen. One server.

Level 10 cap, only starting zones (Elwynn, Dun Morogh, Teldrassil, Azuremyst for Alliance and Durotar, Mulgore, Tirisfal and Eversong for Horde), two dungeons (deadmines and Ragefire Chasm via LFR as example instances) and warsong gulch as an example BG.

What do you think?
