Currently working on a 19 Priest.

Obviously need a TBJ, but I feel like I'm going to need a Heal set and a balanced Int/Stam set.. so I'm wondering, how useful is the +55 healing on the Staff of the Blessed Seer ? Perhaps I should go with +22 Int on that, and +55 heals on Twisted Chanter's Staff?

I also have Crescent Staff .. should I put +20 Spirit on that?

Not much of a fan of Mindthrust Bracers , so I have a pair of 2/2 Bracers.

Also.. I feel like I have a lot of options for talent builds.. what is ideal? Probably won't be doing much premades, but mainly pugging.

Int on twisted chapters
Swap to blessed seer with healing after using all the extra mana from first staff
Swap to spirit staff when running oom

Good! That was my initial plan, but I started to doubt myself...my first twink was a priest and It's been a loooong time since I've played one again lol.

I pug a lot and have been running 3/3 renew and 2/2 healing focus (mandatory) with blackout to help peel off myself. Played around with wand but didn’t find myself doing it enough to warrant 5 points. Procs off SW:p is hugely helpful.

I like mind thrust since mana is health once you get to a high enough base health pool. Having both is good though.
 
Talents are usually up to the player, healing focus is mandatory and them from there you can go wand/blackout spec or reduce heal cast time. I'd recommend playing about with ur talents until you find what's right for you.

With bracers I use 2/2 bracers with 24 healing and swap out to 4 stam bracers with 9 stam enchanted if I'm fcing.

It's ok for you to insult people for no reason?
Priest has Defensive and Offensive talent builds, for improved Heal cast Renew will be ok, but it doesn't scale with Healing power, I bet you didn't know about that.
Be nice next time, I don't even have a clue who you are.

Go for 0/10/0 if you prefer to heal mid or support FC.
If you are more into Offence, I'd suggest 3/2/5 or 0/2/8.
