EU+US WOW 15th annv event, i-lvl 24 epic helm for clothees, alliance

during the wow 15th annv event it is possible for F2P player to get a i-lvl 24 helm on par with a BOA helm, legion event helm (non-WF) that is GF...this is really important for the alliance side

i see alot of casters in BGs with the blue fishing hat, F2P level eng goggles, and many who do not know about the level 20 cloth quest reward helm from stone talon mountains zone.

best and only cloth helm i got from farming azshara rares on my 20 F2P was the blue rogue like https://www.wowhead.com/item=9940/abjurers-hood mine was lvl-16 equip, forgot ilvl. the time it took for the drop (RNG may vary for others) i could have done the stonetalon mountains quest line 2-3 times. i was hopping a blue/epic helm upgrade, but the loot pool on those rares is rather huge

if my F2P account was not linked to my main account (able to access BOAs) the hood would have been a good helm

you wont get an upgrade on random drops like that, so dont waste your time trying. only items unique to specific rare will upgrade.
