Would my warrior be BIS aside from bfa ring?

Grinded a bit and here's my level 11 warrior. https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-us/character/us/terenas/gennji/
I'm trying min max everything aside from the bfa ring since I absolutely despise rep grinds and my main has never been to mechagnome area. The stealth ring isn't coming off me I really like it for skipping mobs.

Would my warrior be BIS otherwise? What could I improve?

Trinkets: I have an essence of Gossamer though I most likely won't use it over Parjesh's medallion (I sometimes overpull/chain cc and parjesh is a consistant second life while Gossamer activates randomly so it's usually down when I actually need it), and I got Ramstein's lightning bolt for certain aoe dungeons. I have Needle Incrusted Scorpian trinket from TW but it doesn't seem to proc as often as Greka's dentures so I'm leaving greka in. When legion timewalking comes around I plan to replace Greka's denture with windscar whetstone. Any other trinkets I might have missed?

Other weapons I have:
double hatebringer, demon sheer, sword from zulgrub, wave slicer, smite hammer, rivendare sword (pretty sure loken axe beats all of these)

Also, I made this char a week after TBC time walking so I don't have access to pure haste boots. Would pure haste/ partial haste+vers boots beat socket boots since I heard somewhere 1 strength = 2 haste? Thanks!

TW ilvl 60 gear with optimal secondaries beats all 1 socket and some of the 2 socket ilvl 30 item pieces (depending on the secondaries), looking at pure dmg numbers. Your gloves and shoulders are safe, but the boots lack enough good secondaries to compensate for the lower overall stats, so I will definitely change them. You can get Lavawalker Greaves if you want an available haste pair.

Also, I do not understand the chest gems. If you need more speed / health regen, go for 3 haste SL gems (vers and crit are not that beneficial), just put them on different items, so that they can all stack (won't work if 3 of the same gems are put on one item).

I think most of your gear looks pretty good, and the items I'm not a huge fan of you already put explanations on why you like them. (2nd ring and 2nd trink specifically).
If you learn inscription you can get a shoulder enchant identical to your leg enchant.
Also I think the socketed Ilvl 30 gear, not only because of the speed and health increase from the gems, but because of STR gems out performs non socketed TW Ilvl 60 gear.

Min maxing is hard to perfect but I like your set up.

I'll try to be serious this time, with the premise that no one has truly ever been and never will be Bis, but we can try to get as close as possible.
Your warrior seems really good, for the purpose of clearing every dungeon quickly and easily, like the dozens that are in the forum armory for 10-11.
At first glance, the most urgent things to fix:
I would replace your chest with this one https://www.wowhead.com/item=28337/breastplate-of-righteous-fury
+1 crit and the socket bonus offers +1 vers instead of dodge.
I would completely remove this gem https://www.wowhead.com/item=173125/revitalizing-jewel-doublet and replace with another +3 strength,
double lifestealing is enough to provide for our health.
As DoByG has already suggested replace the boots, tw secondaries are better than two sockets and +5 dodge, and distribute the sl gems better, otherwise you won't benefit from their effects if they are in the same piece.
also inscription enchant in the shoulderpads as BoatsAndHoes said.
For the trinkets it's up to you, maybe this https://www.wowhead.com/item=136975/hunger-of-the-pack?bonus=6710 it allows you to replace a sl gem with another +3 strength as its effect will always be active, or those that are 'on use' so you can decide when is the best time to use them.

Now we come to the part that in my opinion is not worth it but if you are really obsessed with being Bis

You should consider switching races, the starting attributes and passive abilities of humans are not ideal for the purpose of a warrior 11.
But in my opinion the look is much more important because the difference is barely noticeable.
If I really had to choose one I think I would opt for the dark irons, their ability offers 11 strength +3 strength for each negative effect removed.

Maybe I would try to get this https://www.wowhead.com/item=37182/helmet-of-the-constructor?bonus=8810 with an additional socket
if I wasn't lucky enough to have a rare proc from the one you currently have.
Or do you want to start over until you have an epic proc for the +1 stamina bonus?

Finally the last but not least
I would change the https://www.wowhead.com/item=45574/stormwind-tabard for another one because it is 100% acrylic and is not breathable.
Personally I think https://www.wowhead.com/item=45577/ironforge-tabard it's superior, because they are made from the wool of Dun Morogh rams and it is a warmer fabric perfect for this time of the year.

I hope that Google technology has made progress and that what I have written is correct and understandable for you.

Wow thanks I didn't know about the shoulder enchantment. Will look into it. Thanks for the insight.

Mainly reason for the chest gems: I alr have 24% haste without any other haste gems and I wasn't sure if it was worth it comparing to getting some vers/crit

Which leads to second question: I do have a pair of lavawalker geaves ready to go. If I put on the Lavawalker greaves, my haste goes up to 26ish percent while loosing 4 strength. Would you still say this is worth it since I heard somewhere haste gives lower returns after 24%.

Thanks man google did it's job.
Mainly rolled a human to transmog gennji haha. Didn't consider racials at the time but I've put enough time into it where I most likely wouldn't start over. That said, could you consider a question I had for the other person as well?

I prob won't take out the rivatlizing gem since you need 6 in total for full speed and I prefer full heal to +2 secondary stat even with lifestealing cause sometimes I get unlucky with lifesteal procs when doing bosses and need the heal (specifically the final boss of the waveslicer dungeon in diremaul tw)
Gonna do my shoulders as soon as I finish eating.

I do have a pair of lavawalker geaves ready to go. If I put on the Lavawalker greaves, my haste goes up to 26ish percent while loosing 4 strength. Would you still say this is worth it since I heard somewhere haste gives lower returns after 24%.

Also for breasteplate of rightous fury, I did notice normally the one I had would be worse but it had a tertiary proc for avoidance so I'm not sure how it would compare to rightous breastplate (assuming I won't be lucky enough to get a proc on it)

Also my mom said blue was more fashionable and 'she won't have me go around wearing that orange construction vest' so I gotta stick with stormwind.

I believe that before drawing up a list of what is best, we need to understand the purpose.
Haste in a parallel universe where the warrior 11 has to face long battles is obviously the statistic to focus on, more haste = more whirlwinds = more proc of lifestealing as someone else has already said.
Haste does not have a 'cap', if you have 100% haste the global cooldown is reduced from1.5 sec to 0.75 sec and you can spam whirlwind twice as fast.
But honestly considering the duration of each encounter is just a few seconds, in my opinion it's not worth investing much in it.
try to raise the others a bit too, versatility gives you a reduction in the damage you take, critical because lifestealing can also crit to double its damage and (maybe? also healing? I'm not sure I should check)
Strength obviously
Mastery is the worst because Bloodthirst is used very little, almost nothing, and only has a 30% chance to proc Enrage.

Your mom has a great fashion sense

Hey - how did u add the third socket on your belt?

It's a bonus socket proc. You just gotta get lucky when the belt drops. I think it's like a 10 or 20%ish. I was lucky enough to get a bonus socket on my first belt on both my warrior and monk twink. Actually I was pretty lucky with procs in general for my warrior (except when farming my second hatebringer. 120-130 attempts ouch), got a rare proc on my helm and epic proc on trinket

Thanks for the reply. Follow up question - does that mean i could get 3 sockets on the shoulders aswell with luck?
