Wotlk 49 Professions

Howdy, I've been recently building up a 49 rogue, and was wondering what the "bis" professions are.

I've been reading around and there seems to be no consensus on the second profession for rogues in particular. I'm already maxed on engineering, and looking for what to pick up next.

Also, are there any updated 49 rogue builds?

Skinning = 20 crit rating (>1.9% crit)

90 ap isn't bad for openers and finishers. 5 min cd is rough though. However, there is more than one useful trinket.
