I got the same answer when asking about a glitch today. I think a bunch of illiterates/technophobes are flooding tickets with stupid, easily answered questions like, "Y I NO GET BEETA ACES" or "I DINT GET DEABLOW 3 WEN I BOT THE PASS".

But yea, that's definitely a glitch, and you should camp Blizzard's ass until it gets fixed.

I really want to punch that GM in the face. Blizzard can be really dumb... really, really dumb.
