With the no XP thing its pretty much sold to me to transfer to a PVP server in the ruin or cyclone battlegroup. I think that alot of the game was closed off too twinks due to experience. World twink ganking will be epic. And Twink PvE will be pretty cool too.

This. I'm putting every BoA, BoP, BoE, etc I could ever want on my hunter along with around 2k gold and transferring to a heavily populated server for 19 alliance.

I wouldn't mind transferring to a PVP server, I could see it being tons and tons of fun in STV as well as Hillsbrad.
