i think youre an excellent caster but some of the things that i have really picked up over the years and what i really try to focus on is the importance of tempo, building, tone, pauses, alot are intangibles, being able to pull the audience in even if they dont know anything about the game, and of course working with your co caster. look into some of the classic sportscasters, check out some books on the art of sportscasting. I havent watched the other submissions but let me check them out now.
edit, dilly obviously breaks the game down alot more with his analysis, doesnt necessarily cast well but is able to bring a lot of information effectively.
glinks is pretty whatever, his pacing is quite good though.
