Where are these chests/what are they called? I looked them up once but I think it's time to revisit.

Sorry I never got back to you, not been on here for a while, they're called 'Silverbound Treasure Chest' and contain a random BoE blue of that zone's level and some coin. If you check the comments on the wowhead page you'll see all the other types of chest. <3
