Reworded it to hopefully add clarity. All your characters with a garrison that do the dungeon and achievement will get the follower.

Wrong expansion, but I was able to get How Did He Get Up There? on two different characters last week.

It is strange that this still works this way. Why? Because Don't Call Me Junior became account-wide in TWW so every toon on your account gets Harrison Jones, which is actually great.
It's kinda bugged though because on my account ~3 of my toons didn't get Harrison Jones with absolutely no explanation or remedy. There are open bugs about this on the Blizzard forums with of course no answer or resolution.
Why Cromain is still per character is kinda weird. I usually do this achievement when I randomly get Bloodmaul Slag Mines in WoD TW. Ususally 2-3 other people in the group didn't have the achievement.

Ive ran roughly 80 TW dungeons so far this week and I havent gotten a single https://www.wowhead.com/item=110051/overseers-final-word to drop
Wowhead doesnt list a TW version so maybe it doesnt drop? But its definitely on the loot table in the dungeon journal.
Ive gotten atleast 2 of every other 2H that can drop this week
Time to open and vendor all these bags and get like 2g total out of it

2g was being too optimistic
Got 97 silver out of vendoring 78 ilvl 30 items from those bags
Did however earn about 6k timewalking badges this week, time to go buy a mount

I have 2 of them now.
Did the logging out while in the instance trick and had to clear it 4 times but got 2 to drop in those 4 runs.
