Wintrading and it's countereffect

Problem with wintrading is that blizzard doesn´t care, you can´t put it out there as a moral thing to not wintrade because some people are obviously gonna do it anyway. And when one team wintrades and nothing happens to them, obviously alot of more people are gonna do it aswell. First Vapriest wintraded arena master, then I did it, first Frostwhisper and Dubstep traded R14, then I did.

Another problem is that alot of people doesn´t know what wintrading is, they simply think its "trading wins" or letting 1 team win over and over deliberatly, which it´s not if you've read the blizzard rules, it´s actually setting up a game like if I´d go ask cyber "hey, wanna queue 2s vs me and dj tomorrow?" and he says "sure" and we do it, that´s actually wintrading even though none of us are losing on purpose even if the stats would have been 3-3 or something. This is outdated rules since TBC that blizzard hasn´t updated still, in the end of the day u can´t take the game serious when the people who owns the game doesn´t even take it serious anymore.

And for people who thinks the 70 bracket is bad because of wintrading, look at the 85 bracket, wintrading people like Kruschpak, 3900 + RBG rating in 23 wins with 0 lifetime HKS and not getting punished for it, mmr abusing players like dakkroth going 3.6k mmr and are still let into blizzcon?, botting 5s to #1, ddos and paying of blizzard employees to not get banned/reset like Arcurio, people selling rating (go check neilyo movies etc and you will find blurred out names) or reckful and you will find commercial for boosting sites, title sharing people like hydra, it´s way worse, and it´s all because blizzard stopped caring.

It is not that it is damaging the community, it is just that it is so pointless. Is it done just so you can look at your own char and say "look I got a title that I spent some time wintrading"?

If people know a title is not possible without wintrading, then anyone who has it, quite obviously wintraded to get it. They get zero respect for it, so really what is the point?

The only thing I can think of is for the achievement points, but it was not really achieved, so that kind of seems pointless too.

If I am honest I cannot really figure it out, I guess it is in the vain hope of trying to impress people that do not know much about twinking, or know that it is not possible. Or an achievement completionist who must have all the achievements they can get, whatever the way.

Thank you for some serious output. If you would only knew that you would've gotten a lot of more respect if you would've showed this side some more, instead of acting the stereotype nerdie-douchebag.

The fact that Blizzard doesn't care, isn't a permit to do it anyway. If you can steal a bread at the bakery, because you know the baker wouldn't notice it anyway, would you do so? I know it's not the best comparison, but you'd probably get my point. And of course you can apply for the moral, even if others are doing it anyway. Everyone has a choice and can choose for either doing it with cheat to get the result, or pass on the result because they know it's been cheated. Razzerz early pointed out that everyone would've taken the spot if it would've been offered, but I highly doubt that. I think there's still a few out there who'd rather get stuff by actually achieving it, then getting it 'the easy way', which devalues the result in just pixels.

The community would've been so much better if it just would'nt have so many ego's, but more people who'd actually help eachother out. It would attract more players, which gives higher activity which attracts even more players.

The issue is not whether they deserve it or not. The real issue is the bad rep win-trading is creating for our bracket. Other 70s might understand/ accept your reasons for doing it in 5s and rbgs. But most others, unfamiliar with our bracket, will not understand. One may say fuck them but it will still hurt our bracket.

Speaking of wintrading. Anyone *seriously* interested in investing some time into doing it on US/Oceanic times?

Im bored and kinda wanna get RBG /arena master before MoP. I don't actually know anyone that twinks that Im friends with so I can't exactly get legit titles in 2's/3's let alone 5's and RBGs.

I already have Grand Marshal legit on my main from season 9 so who cares it's just twinks.
