For years I have hoped and prayed for a WotLK 29 twink server to come on the scene, stock or with some custom content. While it's possible to twink and world PvP on existing WotLK private servers, 3.3.5 patch servers have leg armor and librams nerfed--a cherished past-time of WotLK twinking. I'd actually be totally willing to do graphic design and custom development in Noggit totally free of charge if one or two people came along dedicated to the cause of opening a server. I've always regarded the 29 bracket as incredibly balanced, with plenty of room for player meta ,as opposed to 19 with its heavy rock-paper-scissors matchups, as well as a ton of possibilities for gameplay and novelty customization from a developer's perspective. The functionalities of the game at that level are so simple and clean, they're very easy to tweak and adjust while keeping gameplay even.
