Will it stay F2P or go Vet?

I am playing on an account called WoW1 that is purely F2P. If i make a WoW2 account and buy Shadowlands and game time on that, will my WoW1 become vet?

aye, it'll be just two separate accounts. one ftp and one ptp or btp/vet (depends on how long you remain subbed).

the only change you'll notice on your former pure ftp account is the more items linked to it. like the collection tab, achievements tab, and access to some items exclusive to non-pure ftp.
