EU+US Will it be possible that anything in Legion(including bg blues) comes in "Warforged" quality?

A friend told me he had got an item for the legs with level 35; so, yes, it is possible.

The warforged mechanic goes all the way back to 5.2 with thunderforged, so no, it's unlikely the mechanic will be used on lower levels much

i got a couple of warforged pieces from invasion but they were ilvl 25, no difference from non warforged. not sure if it has been hotfixed or is there is still a chance to get different levels of warforged which goes to ilvl 35

I think that the "WF" for PvP gear for low levels is going to be just the green, blue, purple rolls. Can we even roll epics? I haven't seen any (from BG crates). Would be interesting and fun if WF was added August 30th, though. Not against it at all (well... I am if I get all 9 34's from invasions on my 19's x3)
