Will 74s rule in MoP?

if you gear properly you'll have 21k HP in bear anyway and frenzied regenerations cooldown is lowered by 1.5 minute, only some retar d would level to 72 to get a 3 minute cooldown spell that's not even good

it's probably too early to tell imo.

you gain other things by levelling to 72 o 74, not just an ability.

i am pretty positive that 74's will be at least more viable now.

so how does pvp power work right now? say a 74 has 500 pvp power, a 70 has 500 resil, what's the damage reduction if the 74 attacks the 70?

well apparently 500 PVP power is only 30% for a 74 but 40% for a 70.

so i guess we won't see too many 74 around anymore.
