I didn't know this existed neither, because I don't log in until I reply to a thread so i never saw this in the list and there doesn't seem to be a "Stay logged in" option.

Click the "Remember Me" button next time ya log in.

You'll technically still log out after ~15 minutes but when you refresh, you'll be automatically logged back in.

Just make sure to deselect it when you're accessing Twinkinfo from a public device.
