Blizzard isnt harsh... Blizzard only acommpanies peoples needs and reports. Blizzard would force you to change 'Stupidcow' if enough Arab people reported you for insulting their sacred animal.

bad names either get free name change, or it gets banned... but never will they ask you to pay for something the engine enabled you to do at start !



oh and they goes by the number of different people who bragged about it, so maybe a hell of a lot of people bragged which probably ended up being a guy creating characters just for that !

not true, if they get a report about your name and force you to change it and whatever you changed it to gets a report as well, then they give you a random name and in order to change it you will have to pay.
