Why aren't there more 74 rogues?

I am brand spanking new to the 70 twink scene, haven't even rolled a toon yet.



But I am a big time researcher at 85, and have been doing the maths on this bracket.



My question is, why aren't rogues listed as the best candidate for lvl 74 twinking?



With 2 Nifflevars, Engineering goggles and gem slots from high level gear, why would I even need to worry about resilience in the Arena? i would think dual wielding these mammoth Archeology wpns would cause me to get a kill on anyone in a Ambush > Dance > Ambush Ambush opener...even with a healer, who I could easily blind/sap/etc, how could they mitigate that damage?

We've seen a few of them, people usually decide to go against Nifflevar user, because you know, twink is all about getting fair play.
 
LOL.....doesn't the term twink imply exactly the opposite? If it was about fair play wouldnt everone just play end game?



Sorry, dont mean to sound rude...but 6 years ago I played a lvl 19 rogue twink, and I am sure the point was to be as OP as possible so i could farm noobs with my leet enchants and BiS gear.



But thanks for the input...I still fail to see how any 2v2 arena team could touch rogue/rogue with Nifflevars.

They could be frost mages with icelance bound then your fucked.
 
mostly just laziness? farming 2 axes would be less enjoyable then having your finger nails ripped off - at least imo



and why go all the way to 74 when you could just stay 71 or even 72. for better scalin that is...only real benefit for goin all the way to 74 is for a bit more hp n stuff, and ofc the higher chance to be missed. but you lose a crap ton of 2ndary stats

I get the whole mage arguement, and after doing more reading, I thing 72 is actually the best choice.



but mage/priest still pales in comparrison imo.



I have 2 rogues, and with the 4.2 hemo buff, I dont need backstab anymore.



Stun/blind etc on the healer, mage dies in a single DR stunlock with 2 rogues. Since mage/priest is by far the highest 2300 plus represented comp, I would think 2 rogues would farm 2400-2500 in a blink (pun intended)

but I see someone said grinding 2 axes would be worse that pulling teeth. But how is that any harder thaqn leveling engineering 6 times for taziks, or running Sunwell 20 times for a BiS drop.



Anyway, I think you guys answered my questions, once I start arena-ing in 4.2 will say hi.

You can't arena at 74, and 74 are bitches. You don't got the skill at 70, so you need a level advantage. Just sad :[ I frown upon 74 twinks.

Skill...lol...if you care about skill, go play 85 noob. There is NO skill in a bracket that gives free BiS PVP gear for doing leveling BGs....nice try. Tazziks, Jewelcrafting, Sunwell runs....these are all advatages ppl use to win. Saying my plan is any different is nothing more than jealousy.



And you sure can Arena at 74 noob...join a team at 70, you can play at 74...this is well known and discussed even here on these forums.

all redoing engi takes is time and/or money. power lvl engi. dont get your tinker? drop it and power lvl it again

leveling arch in the first place is a bitch. but getting the rare finds is PURE rng, then you gotta redo it all over again. i wish arch was structured better so that you started with uncommons and moved up as you skilled up, but instead its shitty and you can get crap all the time. and its prolly even worse since they changed how many runes or something you can hold

What is your characters name? :] Gotten over 2.4k at 85 on US illidan on my 85. Lv 70 is easy mode with you noobs :3 You so butt hurt over insulting your fail 74? :O

Edit: Let me guess you play alliance? :p
 
74 = lower stats

basicly same gear maybe BoA weapons ( archeo )

and engi head but hf with that



...........



74 can do rena if ur from lvl 70 in a team but that's just sad QQ

70 = more epic cuz it's 70



70 > 74
