so f2p level 20 can queue bgs and be place with normal players? Does the XP stop right at 20 or do you still get 99% through 20? Just wondering if you were to buy gametime and enter a new city or something would it auto level you up?level 20 is the f2p cap. you cannot queue bgs if you lock xp as f2p, so you will eventually reach 20 if you play bgs. there is no reason to lock xp at 19 for pve.
Thank you so much! My second account is about to run out of gametime, so now I just need to figure out the most OP twink haha.last i heard, f2p level 20 gets put in xp on queues with levelers. xp off level 20-29s are in a separate queue. i am not sure if this has been changed since i have not queued for bgs in a long time.
pure f2p that has never bought gametime do get banked xp up to level 30, so they do level up if they buy game time. they either have to not login to that character while they have game time, or ask a gm for help to delevel again, but gm is not always helpful.
veterans that have bought game time before but has ended will not gain any xp as soon as they reach level 20, but need to be careful during free weekends as they can gain xp during that time. pure f2p are not affected by free weekends.
Oh, so there's really no advantage to playing F2p then?f2ps are in xp off again and have been for a long time that means that 29 douchebags can q into you if you are f2p
Ok thank you!Not having to pay is the main advantage to playing F2P/vet. There's no advantage to playing a 20 without a sub over a level locked 20 with a sub.
This is unfortunately true. Still, 20s have endured harder times than these. (Anyone remember level 24 shadow priests and Devouring Plague?)f2ps are in xp off again and have been for a long time that means that 29 douchebags can q into you if you are f2p
