My bad I explained that akwardly. What I meant is when a druid blinks, such as he mentioned, they are put in cat form. They then hit their rejuv to top off, which puts them in caster form, hence making them vulnerable to a pom sheep
the only time a boomkin should be in normal form is when you use frost nova. simply shift out and shift back since you dont get any fingers of frost procs from it anyway. shouldn't use rejuvenation before entering moonkin form
