Which should I do?

come over to the good side for a bit brother

That is just a matter of opinion, Yes there are alot of "good" players over there but at the same time I feel Horde has alot more elitist players and afking seems alot more "normal" for horde players (in my experience I see alot more Horde afking than Alliance). I can keep going on and on why I prefer not to play Horde but in the end of it all it comes down to me just not liking the faction haha.

why not just reroll on horde faction once and buy fang or is that also out of ur options?

There are items on my current monk that I would like to keep that are Grandfathered. (woodworking gloves for mistweaving set Im working on to try out for fun, Metalworking gloves). I apperciate the advice and I honestly considered it (have a horde monk at 11) It would be cheaper and I really dont "need" those gloves, More novelty.

Well - I'd say definitely give it at least a week of playing BGs horde side before you switch back. Maybe even 2? You may find it's pretty much like ally :). Ultimately, if you are going to be a long-term player, you'll probably enjoy having geared toons on both sides so you can switch to the losing side to provide balance (and for faster queues) and to have more flexibility for arena teams and wargames.

I agree that long term players benefit most from having geared toons on both factions. But being my main twink is my monk I wouldnt want to keep him Horde. If anything I will take the Horde monk I was makin and leave him horde. I get what you are saying though, There are times when Ally rolls and those games are no fun, not to mention when most of the AFKers happen on horde games tend to stop also.

haha this is kind of crazy Looks like I will probably be doing both :) (bonus's are awesome, and so is my fiance) So when you see me over on horde side dont worry I should be coming back to ally :) and hopefully you will see me rocking a shadowfang soon :)

On a side note anyone have any idea of all gear that would be smart for me to pick up? (all specs/tmog gear, wanna get my money's worth)

Make sure you have big bags to fill up with the quest gear that - who knows - is crap now but may become BiS/GF'd in the future :)
