US Which race to pick in warrior (alliance)

I have been playing a lot my warrior trodento on horde and I want to make an alt in ally, which class should i go?
Also which realm has active guilds.

U can still use Smeld, just it’s useless for a Rogue as it won’t drop combat to allow u to restealth. Doesn’t really work like it used to, but still ok in PvP.

it’s good for rogues because it allows u to catch up to enemies, with the removal of 30% movement speed the passive is good still

as far as race for warr alt
worgen gets a 40% speed boost CD
nelf gets smeld and constant 2% speed boost

that nelf 2% constant speed boost will allow you to slowly close in on someone
for that charge stun

both good efc chaser choices
