Nelfs for extra base agility. Nelfs should have 8 more agility than dwarfs.

I thought they removed the base primary’s between races

It depends on which race. I know races like Draenei get base main stats, humans get an increase in their secondary stats, and Tauren get stamina. I don't remember everything else off the top of my head.

Yea I thought that those base racial stat differences were removed.

And all base stats for each class are the same now regardless of race

Of course unless you have a passive racial ability like gnomes get 1% haste

That graph you showed has spirit on it, so it’s prolly a little outdated.

I think Worgen is a nice race for low level rogues due to the added sprint.

I play Worgen and personally love it. For outlaw, I can usually run in the middle of their group, burst down their healer, and if i can pop my heals in time, i can activate grappling hook + sprint to get away, trinket to remove CC's. I am interested in Void Elf's for their "teleport" racial, I can see that being very useful for activating it, acting like your running the opposite way of the direction you threw the rift, activate, and you're that much further away, or for ganking as well!
