Which leggings are better now

Ignoring the slightly better armor foremans legs have over Kalecgos gift, due to the armor buff in BGs, raising each items lvl, I noticed Kalecgos legs are buffed to 8 str and 8 stam. Do foremans legs have superior stats in BGs now?

They scale from 4/6/4 to 5/8/5, str/stam/crit respectively. Forgot what the armor scales to now.

Not the most of any stat, but I prefer Stone Guard Greaves - Item - World of Warcraft that I got from old RFC. But, Foreman's Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft will likely be considered BiS now due to how well it scales (9/9)
