Item levels are still pretty inconsistent, several months after re-balancing and DF release. And enchants are still pretty messed up, but this is a fairly condensed primer as to where we are with gearing well into the current expansion (Dragonflight). A sidenote is that there are still epics from vanilla dungeon that are worth taking a look at that go to ilvl 87. If there is enough demand, I'll list some of the exceptions and one-time rares down below. I am not 100% sure about WoD/SL BoEs, but I believe I have seen a few socketed SL BoEs in the wild. Let me know if I missed anything.
