Ive only ever played retail. Which games have separated pvp brackets for xpoff/on? I know retail xpoff has its own ques, or the other variations the same way (classic, mop classic, etc).

classic (MoP) is shared xp off/on currently. But probably worth mentioning ever since blizzard nerfed the xp rates to the ground in Cataclysm, now a days virtually no bracket gets bg pops anymore from levels 10-89 other than endgame 90. People rather q dungeon/spam dungeons to level versus bgs due to this.
As far as the only active twink brackets in MoP currently:
19 twink bgs are scheduled here/there during evenings/as well host their own twink cups/tournament events, 80 twink bracket hosts wargame bgs/arenas along with tournaments but mostly PvE content being held weekly, and only other bracket that recently had pops/active was 85-89 but now dont really pop anymore since people couldnt put together that gy farming ruins the bracket. so theres the full status of MoP PvP. Im sure others can provide feedback with anniversary/alternative versions. cheers!
