Which Enchants to Use?

Hey everyone,

I know I am not the only one who has noticed the weird "scaling" of enchants that blizzard implemented a little before WoD. Some enchants do not give the stats they are supposed to give. I hope that the scaling gets fixed, but most of the scaling issues are with legging enchants and chest enchants. I was wondering if anyone knew the current BiS chest enchant for stats to chest? It would be nice to know instead of wasting all this gold!

Just the regular TI one that I know of.

Though willy often tests ptr and doesn't report his findings.

The most obvious one is that even though scorched leg armor gives more agi + crit it actually gives almost no stats and shadowleather is much better

Shadow seems like it should give more but if you look at your toons stats between scorched. Scorched give + 1 more crit and 1 less ap . Scorched 1 more ap n 1 less crit. Depends on how you gear. People need to look at toons actual stats.
