Dranei racial+eyepatch+possible boa shield having similar stats to stockades shield (there are other viable options)+boots and gloves with spirit/int/stam+10 hit trinket+elder satchel cloak+satchel belt with spirit if it's still needed.

How much hit is that?

Any updates on the BoA shields in 5.3? I don't see any on wowhead ptr - but they're not always up to date.
