Which Brackets Have AV Pops? (US)

I'm looking for a list of twink brackets that have enough activity to host AVs (on US retail). I have been playing 30-39s and while BGs pop frequently, it seems there aren't enough queuing for AVs to pop. If you know of any, please post them on this thread Thanks!

Don't have an answer to your question (maaaybe 110+, not even sure about that though), but I think levelers are the key to getting AV pops. 39s miiiight have the numbers based on queue times and the number of games I see up sometimes.

The only way I see it happening is if a lot of people on both factions spam BG chat, talking about how great the XP is in Epic BGs. It's only gonna pop if levelers are in both queues, and they'll only queue up if they think it's worth it. It'll probably take a lot of time and luck to get it to work, there's a small possibility it could though. 20-29 and 39s might have a decent chance at making it happen when (if?) Kul'tirans/Zandalari come out.

Idk if you actually get a lot of XP in them, but it sounds believable enough to get people to queue.

111-119 pops regularly during peak times.
