How about you try them all out and decide for yourself which suits you best. It's not like they are so complicated you can't grasp what they do. If you don't like it you can always change it for 72 silver.

I would probably argue that Pursuit of Justice is quite overpowered. However as soon as you reach lvl 30+ i'd use Long Arm of the Law w/ Burden of Guilt for BGs. Of course this is F2P section so just go with Pursuit of Justice

It's pretty overpowered for Holy Paladins
