Where to farm Small Venom Sac as horde?

So apparently you can make this anti-venom potion from small venom sac. I looked it up on wowhead and it seems to drop reliably only in loch modan or bloodmyst isle which are alliance zones it seems. Can anyone give me some advice where to go? loch modan or bloodmyst isles?

So bloodmyst is easier than loch modan then? Also is there no boat to teldrassil anymore? I know it would be alliance but I'm a rogue so I might sneak in if there is one

i think that one town that had the boat got destroyed in the cataclysm and the new town just has a fp. if ur on ap horde id be able to summon you there. hop in vent and ask anytime.
