Blackberryy
TBC Classic
They are playing this game on free accounts
As someone that played back then, hunters didn't kill the bracket, Blizzard did.
As soon as they moved away from levelers being in same queue as twinks the brackets slowly died.
And no, most people including myself did follow the stupid "hunter limit" made up rule, it made no difference eventually not enough people to get queues.
I wouldn't be surprised if some noob Blizzard dev got gy camped by a twink then decided to kill twinking.blizzard has done nothing to twinking we did not ask for. prior to WOTLK it was the general player base whining about twinks which blizzard never reacted, but did do statements. when twinks started addressing blizzard saying we are twinks (predom 19s) and this is what we want, blizzard reacted. BFA, SL, and DF it was still twinks using mains/alts to get nerfs/separation/etc.
19s got really lucky mostly by accident had a huge population on the Rune Battle group servers.
all other brackets had to figure where to go during what was called the great twink migration. many brackets faced instant death on the XP on/off separation due to being on different battle groups. blizzard had not done the merge i think until MOP? the 29's and 39's that moved to get games had a weak population as many did not want to pay to move and did not want to reroll.
do you have a link to this claim that a dev got gy campedI wouldn't be surprised if some noob Blizzard dev got gy camped by a twink then decided to kill twinking.
Every expansion they have progressively made it harder to get queues.
Same thing they did with multiboxing, slowly phased it out.

disagree, twinks killed twinking, blizzard reacted to twink requests and complaints of those who used to be, still are on this forum, they even linked their complaint threads to get traction from previous twink forums and again....this forum. changes to twinking did not miraculously ha on DF preppen. after legion there was a war between 20s and 29s, 29s lost at start of BFA, 29s lost in SL, 29s finally won on DF and....they lost overall since bracket is dead. i suspect most of those 29s are playing older or other versions of WOW
Blizzard pretty much killed world PVP starting in BFA with PVP on/off which was a reaction to QQ of high level players in Legion. because of legendary gear luck, artifact weapon, high end raid gear, trinkets, neck/ring combos made world PVP seriously imbal. that was also a reason why template PVP failed. you could be god mode in WPVP, and in BGs not so OP.
i seriously doubt any noob blizzard dev would be actually leveling in retail, leveling in PVP for what 10% more XP? and not report all the gear issues the game has.
No, I sincerely doubt we can. Twinks in their nature are power hungry, pry on the weak and the meek. Making a positive change is not twinking. Levelers hate us, they cant be us, and will never be us. And we hate them, rules of nature. Either that or its just me on the schizo pills again. Can twinks create a positive outcome for themselves on the forums?

players are split into other games than retail WOW, i count other versions of WOW as other games and near same as private serversThis thread belongs in blizz forums. Not here. I’m willing to go back to the forums if we get some coordination going from twinks on this site
the roadmap for the next expansion is set in place. NOW is the time to make voices heard because blizz will likely be tinkering with fundamental systems like f2p/ vet and xp brackets as they integrate the new expansion into the game

in an age of arena e-gaming i would think blizzard would embrace the player-base not condemn it as a bastard stepchild. maybe theory-crafters think its unmanageable as a sport but the player-base is going where the fun is, and being farmed by scrubs in godgear ... isnt fun.View attachment 23666
It would seem WoW really has a problem with attracting new players. I get that the F2P Baby Twinks have given up on this game because all it takes is two Daddy Twinks on the other side to completely devastate the BG, but if WoW was a growing thriving game there should be a constant influx of noobs using the trial account to actually try the game out. Yet we still have 5+ hour queues in the noob bracket. Blizzard really should be doing something to encourage people to try out the game. Noobs on trial getting slammed by F2P Baby Twinks is one thing. Noobs expect to get pounded by experienced players, but when a noob wants to just try the game out and they're waiting over an hour for a dungeon queue and over 5 hours for a PvP queue all that does is tell the noob that WoW is a dead MMO trying to slide into franchise maintenance mode.
Five-plus hour queues for a random BG is not a good look on Blizzard. Outright lying about the average queue time isn't going to cover this fact up. Putting F2Ps in the same queues as XP Off has just revealed that the Levelers we used to queue with were predominantly established players leveling an Alt and not new players coming to the game.
