Where are all the gem vendors available to 19s?

Where are all the gem vendors available to 19s and what currency do each of them use? Any for gold?

I believe people are getting the ones from the honor vendors in SW/Org or the ones that drop from H BC instances.

Gems drop from TBC dungeons.
You might be able to buy them from the honor vendor.
You also might be able to buy them off of the AH due to the scaling squish now.

I'm not home, I'll figure this out after outpatient.
